Webster-Pack
Making sure your medications are taken on time, and in the right dose, is important to ensuring they are effective in managing or treating medical conditions. For people taking a large number of medications, or older people who may live alone or have limited access to a carer or support person, this can be a challenge.
Our pharmacy can help ensure you are maintaining a medication regimen by packing your medications into personal medication packs. These packs are called Webster packs. They organise the correct dose of tablets and/or capsules according to when they should be taken. They are well-sealed and tamper-evident devices. Webster packs make it easy to know when to take your medication, whether you have taken it, and help to ensure the medications are taken in the correct, prescribed doses.
MedsCheck
MedsCheck is an in-pharmacy, patient-centred service that includes a review of a patient’s medications. It focuses on education and self-management, and aims to identify any problems the patient may be experiencing with their medications. MedsCheck also helps the patient learn more about their medications including: how medicines affect medical conditions, how to improve the effective use of medications, and how to best use and store medications.
This free service is provided by our experienced team of pharmacists. MedsCheck will help you understand more about the medications you take, provide you with information and advice, and guide you to self-manage your medications.
Home Delivery
At healthSAVE Pharmacy Ringwood Square, we understand that life can be hectic. It isn’t always easy, convenient, or possible to visit us when you need to. Therefore, we offer a complimentary local home delivery service – 6 days a week – to ensure you still have access to your medications even if you can’t come in to the store.
Simply leave your prescriptions with us, then contact us when you need your medications dispensed, and in most instances, we can deliver them on the same day..
Blood Pressure Monitoring
It isn’t always easy or convenient to visit your GP to have your blood pressure measured. Our trained staff offer free blood pressure monitoring in-store. We can also provide expert advice on how to best manage your high blood pressure and any medications you take. If you would like to monitor your blood pressure at home, we have a range of blood pressure devices for sale.

We believe in a holistic approach to health. Alongside traditional medicines, complementary and natural medicines such as vitamins, supplements and herbal remedies can play a key role in improving general well-being and managing some medical conditions.

Question: My mum is getting confused about her medications and when to take them. Can you help?
Answer: We offer easy to use personal medication packs that can help your mum manage her medications. The weekly packs are set up in individual doses so they’re intuitive and easy to use. We can even manage her prescriptions and deliver her medication packs as part of our service.
Question: My wife has so many different medications that we can’t keep up. How can we easily sort them all out?
Answer: We offer a free service in store called Medscheck where we can look at all your wife’s medications and any issues she has. We can then provide information and advice to help her learn more about her medications including how they affect her medical conditions, and how to best use and store her medications.
Question: Do you have a home delivery service?
Answer: Yes. We offer a free home delivery service within the local area – 6 days a week.
Question: Can you help me manage my blood pressure and diabetes?
Answer: We offer blood pressure monitoring in store as well as blood pressure management advice. We can also provide information and education on how to manage diabetes. We stock a wide range of blood glucose monitors and are an agent for the National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS).
Question: What are the main natural and complementary medicine brands you stock?
Answer: We stock a full range of Oriental Botanicals, Ethical Nutrients, Oviit, Fauldings, Quality Health and Bioglan products. We also stock other market-leading brands for weight management, and general health and well-being vitamins and supplements.
Question: I have a health concern. Should I consult a doctor, or talk to you first?
Answer: Our friendly and experienced pharmacists can provide information, recommendations and advice on a wide range of common ailments and health conditions. These include (but are not limited to): cold, cough and flu, hay fever and allergies, wound care, musculoskeletal complaints, skin problems (e.g. acne, eczema, and dermatitis), sleeping issues, ear/nose/throat complaints, gastrointestinal health, and men’s and women’s health. We are often more accessible and convenient compared with making an appointment with a GP, so come in and see us as your first health destination.
Question: Do you have medical equipment for sale or hire?
Answer: Yes. We hire Medela hospital-grade breast pumps, nebulisers and crutches. We also sell mobility aids, crutches, dose administration aids, blood pressure monitors, blood glucose monitors, and orthopaedic supports and braces.
Question: What products do you have for skin care?
Answer: We are stockists of Natio, Moo Goo, Dr Bronner and Mustela. We have a number of sun-care products, and also cater for sensitive and problem skin with products such as Ego QV, Alpha Keri and Dermaveen. In addition to these, we have an extensive range of hand creams, soaps and body lotions that are perfect for gifts.
Question: Which cosmetics do you stock?
Answer: Our main cosmetic ranges are Natio, Design Brands and Nude by Nature.
Question: I need a few gifts but don’t want to go to a large, busy shopping centre. What do you have to offer?
Answer: We have a large range of gifts with new stock arriving regularly. Our gift range includes homewares, jewellery, hats/beanies, summer/winter scarves, fragrances, hand and body care gifts, baby and children’s gifts and special occasion/seasonal gifts. We also have a selection of cards and gift wrap. Our free gift-wrapping service is available with any gift purchase.
