Our pharmacists will conduct a comprehensive review of all your medications on referral from your GP. This can help us draw up a management plan with your doctor, to ensure you are getting the most out of your medications, and aren’t taking anything unnecessary.
Medicine Compounding Services 
Do you have allergies or unique health needs that prevent you from taking important medications? Do you need medications tailored to suit your individual needs? We can assist you with compounding, using The Green Dispensary Compounding service.
MedAdvisor 
If you need prescription reminders, or have concerns about a new medicine, the MedAdvisor online platform can provide you with all the information you need. MedAdvisor sends you reminders on when to fill your script, and can be a reliable source of information when the pharmacy is out of hours.
Dose Administration Aids (DAA) service 
If you have trouble remembering when to take you medications, or simply have too many to keep track of, our DAA service will make things easier for you. Compartmentalised in easy-to-use packs, you won’t have to worry about mixing up your medications any longer.
Diabetes Educators 
Some of our pharmacists are certified Diabetes educators. They can assist in the management of diabetes, provide advice, help with meal planning, and help with the transition to medication. Come in and see us for more information.
Question: What are your opening hours?
Answer: We are open from 9am to 9pm every day, including Saturdays and Sundays. We are also open on Christmas day from 9am until 12pm.
Question: Can you take my blood pressure?
Answer: Yes, we can measure your blood pressure in store. We also stock blood pressure machines for use at home.
Question: Do you issue medical certificates?
Answer: Our pharmacists can issue a certificate for the day you come in to the store for a consult. A small fee applies.
Question: How do I arrange to see the Diabetes Educator?
Answer: You will need a current EPC from your doctor. Please contact us to find out more.
Question: Can I talk to someone about weight loss?
Answer: Absolutely. We have trained Impromy consultants who can assist you with our weight loss journey. Please contact us to find out more about our programs.
Question: Do you have a prescription reminder service?
Answer: Yes! Leave your scripts with us, and we will send you a reminder when your scripts are due to be filled via the MedAdvisor app or SMS.
Question: I feel like I have been prescribed too many medications, and I don’t know what they all do. Can you help?
Answer: Our Pharmacists can complete a comprehensive review of your medications, so you have a better understanding of what you are taking, and why.
